Whenever I just have to go run errands I like to treat myself to a macaron or a cookie while I'm out and that enough is an excuse to dress up! This Forever 21 skater skirt is so casual I can add it to any outfit and it will make it more dressy but not too much. I wore a very simple blue and white checkered/plaid button up and added a red cardigan for a pop of color.
