Hello loves! Here I bring to you again my favorite skirt. I've had it for so long and I remember it was only about 4 dollars, lol. I recently bought the cutest crop top from Forever 21, it has a peter-pan collar and a bow on it. I had to wear this top with this skirt because the skirt already has buttons and the top doesn't so I felt like they complete each other! My favorite colors to wear are neutrals because I can wear layers of it and never feel out of place.
